If you are not completely satisfied, or if there is a difference with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and by sending e-mail or online contact us immediately. Then, we will provide you with further instructions.

1. We only allow those who have caused us problems, the project complete refund.

2. If the returned package does not include all the accessories and parts it cost accessories and parts will be deducted from the total shipped with the product price, the only guarantee is partially refundable.

3. If for some reason you need to change the size, color, or the refund is based on "like" reasons, it passes the cost deducted from the total product price.


1. Within 15 days of a different size or color we accept exchange internal orders shipped original date. Please contact us, your order number and our customer service will help you. If you want to exchange goods in different styles, you must return the refund (press Return policy) of your project and place a new order for the style you prefer

2. You must return the item before you contact us. All items sent back to us must not be damaged in IE, altered or washed their original state, all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.

3. We do not include the exchange of shipping, you will be responsible for return postage and shipping exchange items back to your shipping and handling. We recommend that you send to us for their own security programs, when you add tracking and insurance, because we can not be responsible for lost goods. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
